In the United States many African Americans are affected by sickle cell traits. This is disease is inherited at birth. Almost all people who have the disease have a painful crisis. The symtoms that persist are:
shortness of breath, dizziness, headaches, pale skin, and chest pains.
I advise every African American to get checked before they think about having kids. That way the unborn will have a very good chance at leading a normal life.

INTRO TO OPERA
I recently attended the Opera and it was most surprising. The Opera play was “Dead Men Walking”. I thought it was going to be a drag, but it was very interesting. The Fort Worth Orchestra played the scores to the play. The way conductor lead the instruments were amazing. The singers were also impressive. The Bass Hall displayed the interpretation of the words, so you could follow the flow of the play.
I recommend that everyone goes to at least one show in their life time. The experience is very gratifying. I liked the first play so much, I will be seeking another play to attend.

Avoiding confusion in the Workplace
It may seem obsurb, but a lot of people in the workplace don’t know their employee’s company mission. In many cases, workers don’t even know all the functions that they themselves are needing to execute.
Misunderstandings can lead to major mistakes, customer service nightmares and downtime. They can also lead to worse case scenarios. For instance, an employee can leave a machine un tagged and locked out. The potential result? Another employee could operate that same machine without knowing that it has a frared electrical wire. This could elelectricute the 2nd employee. Next time your at work think about the other guy and communicate
Golf’s Evolution
Golf has completely evolved since the emergence of Tiger Woods. He has done what Arnold Palmer and Jack Nichlaus could not do. He has bridged the gaps between the young and the old schools. I have seen both age groups shopping in the same pro shops and teeing off the same same tee boxes.
The Tiger has also bridged the gap between blacks and whites. I like the phrase that the Nike commercial used ” I am Tiger Woods”. Every type of person made this comment. This is why I believe there is a Tiger emergence.
